• Possess a current RN License\n
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment\n
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident\n
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions\n
