Sr Manager, Software Engineering

Overview

Sr. Software Engineering Manager to develop and guide a team of engineers within the PlayStation Monetization / Commerce space. This system delights and engages users across PlayStation platforms, including PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles, web, mobile, and beyond. You will be responsible for developing a wide engineering organization, creating a productive engineering environment, and elevating your team and capabilities. You will collaborate with business users, product managers, UX designers, and other technical teams across the globe in the execution of Monetization / Commerce objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and empowering a growing team of engineers to deliver against strategic business outcomes
• Establishing a strong and inclusive engineering culture
• Assist in the delivery of multiple projects across multiple platforms, helping teams estimate, plan, and slice projects to frequently deliver value to production
• Collaborate across business units and product teams across multiple timezones to execute against the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Act as a change agent, initiating appropriate changes to support continuous business improvement
• Work proactively and independently toward results in large, distributed team environments

The base pay range listed may vary with market and location, and individual base pay will be determined based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
