Job Details

The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of mission-critical software systems. This role oversees all aspects of testing—from strategy and planning to automation and execution—while ensuring that the QA team delivers exceptional results across multiple projects and releases.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and standards for software QA processes.
  • Manage a hybrid team of QA engineers performing manual and automated testing.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Development, and DevOps teams.
  • Ensure testing coverage across APIs, web applications, and system integrations.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Track, document, and report software defects, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Conduct quality reviews, audits, and retrospectives to improve QA performance.
  • Mentor QA team members and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company security, regulatory, and quality standards.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and CI / CD workflows.
  • Experience with API and performance testing tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
