Production and Packaging Associate

Hours available :

  • 1st shift : 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm or 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm, Monday-Friday
  • 2nd shift : 3 : 00pm-1 : 00am, Monday-Thursday

Length : Seasonal / Temporary

Pay :

  • 1st shift :  $16.00 per hour
  • 2nd shift :  $18.00 per hour

    • Location : Oshkosh, WI

    Responsibilities :

  • Garment Finishing and Preparation : Trim and cut threads on finished products.
  • Quality Control : Visual inspection of products before they are packaged.
  • Packaging and Assembly : Neatly fold, bag, and package items into boxes.
  • Shipping Preparation : Stack finished boxes onto pallets for shipment.

    • Support and Collaboration : Assist in other departments as needed.

    Qualifications :

  • Attention to Detail :   Keen eye for detail to perform quality inspections
  • Physical Stamina : Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Counting and Organizational Skills : Ability to accurately count items and keep things neat and orderly.
  • Work Ethic : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment along with good attendance.
