Job Title : Integrated Case Manager

Department : Inpatient Case Management (Dept. 201247)

Location : 2799 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202

Schedule : Days, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities :

Provide counseling and support around treatment decisions and end-of-life care.

Required Qualifications :

Registered Nurse (RN) - Active, unrestricted Michigan license

OR

Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN)

OR

BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Minimum 5 years of recent Acute Inpatient Case Management experience

(Telephonic, therapy, or utilization management experience does not qualify)

Proficiency in Epic EMR

Weekly Breakdown : Weekly Gross : $2,336.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable) : $600.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable) : $1,736.00 Per Week
