job_description.job_card.job_descriptionIdentify and fix cracks or leaks in the pool area structure, pipes, or plumbing Provide written, detailed quotes for pool equipment Communicating with customers to explain repair options and provide estimates Contact customers to complete the sale Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool automation, variable speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting, and electrical systems Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts inventory in pool software Providing professional and courteous service Providing technical guidance Monitoring the quality of repair work Ordering parts and supplies as needed You have 2+ years of pool repair experience You are proficient in estimating You have excellent communication skills You have strong electrical, plumbing, and problem-solving skills You are organized
We are seeking a career-minded, hard-working, customer-focused, team player for a rewarding full-time position with competitive compensation. Qualified candidates must have pool repair experience in the pool industry for 2 years or more.
Compensation : $22 - $29 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose faulty equipment to determine if it needs to be fixed or replaced
