A company is looking for an Organizational Learning & Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to assess needs and provide consulting and project management support
Create engaging HR and learning solutions using new media techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention
Manage design and development timelines for departmental and corporate projects while evaluating and improving existing eLearning solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-2 years of experience with eLearning authoring or animation tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline360, Vyond)
Experience in designing and developing new media (video, eLearning) in a fast-paced environment
Portfolio of solution examples is required
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, visual communication, instructional technology, or a related field is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
