Senior Account Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Profit Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of high-value Amazon and Walmart vendors, ensuring client retention and expansion

Analyze complex data sets to identify revenue opportunities and assist in maximizing claims

Prepare and present performance reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the Amazon or Walmart ecosystem

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets with strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets

Experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM tools and data visualization tools is advantageous
