Lake Regional Health System is seeking a full-time, board-certified / board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our expanding practice. This opportunity offers all outpatient care with no call and no weekends , allowing you to enjoy a balanced lifestyle while working in a supportive environment with skilled staff.

Position Highlights :

  • Employed opportunity with a strong, independent, non-profit hospital
  • Outpatient-only practice (Monday - Friday, with flexible 4 day work week, no weekends, no call!)
  • No call, no weekends
  • EMR system : Meditech Expanse

Compensation & Benefits :

  • $280K guaranteed salary + $30K incentive compensation + wRVU Production
  • Production & NP / PA oversight bonuses (if applicable)
  • $50K sign-on bonus
  • Up to $150K in student loan assistance
  • Meditech Expanse
  • CME allowance

    • Relocation Assistance :

  • Up to $10,000 reimbursement
