You'll be the trusted guide for buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents-turning complex transactions into confident decisions. You'll have autonomy, a supportive team at your back, and room to grow.

What you'll do :

Lead and collaborate on residential and commercial real estate matters in a supportive, team-oriented environment

Guide clients through each stage of their real estate journey with clear, timely communication

Review, draft, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements

Analyze deeds, title, and surveys; identify and resolve issues before they become problems

Manage closings and keep transactions on track

What you'll bring :

Active NY bar admission in good standing

Hands-on real estate experience with a strong grasp of transactions and title

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organization skills

Confident client communication and relationship-building abilities

A self-starter mindset-detail-oriented, accountable, and client-focused
