What we're looking for : Two or more years of experience in B2B accounts receivable and collections, with a preference for high-volume environments. Proven ability to manage client relationships professionally while driving timely payments. An understanding of accounting principles and best practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and various accounting software.
