Manual Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist for an aviation company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating manual lathes and milling machines (no CNC) to produce precision components. This position is perfect for a skilled machinist who values craftsmanship and thrives in a detail-oriented environment.

Location : Pompano Beach, FL

Schedule : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Salary : $20 - $27 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate manual lathes and milling machines to fabricate, modify, and repair precision components.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Measure and inspect finished components to ensure they meet exact specifications and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety protocols and company policies.
