Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing visually compelling in-store displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. They will play a key role in curating and determining our accessory lineup, ensuring our product mix aligns with seasonal trends, customer preferences, and brand identity.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong eye for design, color, and spatial arrangement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing people, including overseeing visual merchandising staff or contractors, providing direction, and ensuring consistent execution across locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail.
• Experience managing or leading a team is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate product performance and customer trends.
• Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and / or planogram software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
