ServiceNow Developer

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience developing and refining ServiceNow catalog items to meet business needs.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing workflows and subflows using Workflow Designer.
• Ability to implement decision tables to support logic-driven workflow decisions.
• Skill in creating dynamic question sets for effective user input capture.
• Experience with custom actions and ServiceNow scripting (e.g., GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
• Knowledge of error handling practices for resilience and traceability in automated flows.
• Ability to design and deploy interactive dashboards and reports to monitor service catalog performance.
• Experience building database views for improved visibility and data organization.
• Proficiency with Performance Analytics tools for trend analysis and KPI tracking.
• Functional and technical understanding of Employee Center to enhance user engagement.
• Experience in configuration, customization, and optimization of the Employee Center interface.
• Ability to conduct technical assessments of current environments and configurations.
• Experience identifying optimization opportunities and recommending changes aligned with platform best practices.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Jira, and Confluence.
