SALES SPECIALIST – MAKE A DIFFERENCE, EVERY SINGLE DAY

We’re a boutique family law firm with a bold vision for growth, and we’re looking for a Sales & Client Relations Specialist who’s ready to be on the front lines with us.
This isn’t a passive intake role. This is a performance-driven, people-first position designed for someone who knows how to lead conversations, connect with purpose, and convert potential into impact.
YOUR MISSION :
Be the first trusted voice potential clients hear. Guide them from uncertainty to clarity. Help them see the value of partnering with our firm—and walk beside them as they take that first, life-changing step.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Conduct powerful, in-depth consultations (in-person preferred, phone / Zoom acceptable)
- Show genuine empathy while maintaining the ability to lead and close the conversation
- Sell the firm’s legal services by communicating value, not just price
- Follow a proven consultative sales structure (with room to evolve and improve our systems)
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients with paid retainers
- Transition clients smoothly to the legal team post-retention
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and past clients to fuel referrals and long-term trust
- Own your CRM pipeline daily—track all PNCs, progress, referrals, and conversions
- Participate in continued testing of sales scripts and client experience systems
