About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rehabilitation Manager for one of our clients , to lead and optimize their therapy programs in La Quinta, California.

This critical leadership position oversees the delivery of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, including speech therapy, to frail, elderly participants. The manager will ensure regulatory compliance, staff excellence, and alignment with overall clinical objectives.

This role requires a unique blend of clinical knowledge in therapy disciplines and strong administrative acumen in business planning and budget management.
