What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the manufacturing and industrial location.Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to inquiries and assisting visitors as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Monitor surveillance equipment and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.Support emergency response activities in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.What We're Looking For :

Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.Be at least 21 years of age.Access control or badge experience is preferred.An armed guard card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
