LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Georgia!

About The Position

We are seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician for a 10-day locum tenens assignment in Georgia. This opportunity begins on Sep 26, 2025, and consists of 24-hour call coverage with a 30-minute response time for out of house calls. The Physician will manage various procedures including deliveries and C-sections, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide 24-hour call coverage, responding within 30 minutes when needed.
  • Perform deliveries, C-sections, and manage 100+ GYN procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Utilize Meditech EHR for documenting patient care.

    • Additional Information

  • Must have Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Required to have performed at least 40 deliveries, 5 C-sections, and 100 GYN procedures in the last 2 years.
  • Must be board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid Georgia medical license required.
