Technician- Die Repai r – Now Hiring!

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? We’re looking for a Technician- Die Repair to join a dynamic team on first shift playing a key role in building and maintaining the tools that keep production running smoothly. Pay is $22-24 based on experience

Key Responsibilities :

Use tools and dies to build fixtures and create new dies as needed

Repair and maintain existing dies, molds, and tools; disassemble and reassemble components as required

Interpret blueprints and schematics to construct tools, fixtures, and machine parts

Inspect completed components for defects and functionality

Test, set up, and maintain tools, machines, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Utilize CAD software to design and develop blueprints (a plus)

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Abilities :

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to operate measuring and production equipment safely and accurately

Solid understanding of metal properties and materials

Able to work both independently and as part of a team with engineers and machinists

Experience :

Experience with TIG / MIG welding a plus

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 40lbs as needed
