job_description.job_card.job_descriptionNot a remote position; will need to work from our HQ office in Palm Beach Gardens 5+ years of experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and compliance Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master's preferred Proven ability to analyze data, produce accurate financial statements, and deliver insights through advanced reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) Skilled in account reconciliation, general ledger management, and closing processes Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning History of enhancing financial processes and leveraging reporting systems Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills in dynamic environments Salaried (exempt) $70k-$85k; depending on experience Standard Full-Time employee benefits package Standard Office / HQ PTO Policy

Position : Senior Accountant

RED RHINO is seeking a Senior Accountant to drive financial accuracy, enhance reporting processes, and influence key business decisions. This high-impact role blends advanced financial analysis with a deep understanding of accounting principles to support the company's ongoing growth and success.
About the Role :
- Perform financial analysis and develop reports, models, and ad hoc statements to support business decisions and evolving reporting needs
- Handle general accounting tasks, including account reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and month-end / year-end close procedures
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls while improving accounting processes and documentation
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning by collaborating with business leaders
- Contribute to reporting system enhancements and process improvements for greater efficiency and insight
