Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid position at Little Champs ABA . Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
- Design behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
- Meet regularly with the treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
- Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
- Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
