Castle Rental & Pawn is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Field Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering, setting up, servicing, and retrieving products from customers' homes while ensuring a positive customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver and set up rental products in customers' homes
• Ensure safe and damage-free transportation of merchandise
• Explain product features and benefits to customers
• Retrieve products from customers who choose not to renew their agreements
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on returned products
• Process customer payments in the field and in-store
• Maintain company vehicles and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with inventory and store organization
