Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Twin Cities Dental Lab in Falcon Heights, MN for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist / Data Entry.

The regular hours for this position are from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Thursday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position :

Enter sales orders into Magic Touch for all cases, print, QC and attach.
Call offices to clarify order entry, questions, due dates and rush cases.
Assist with answering incoming Company phone calls.
Schedule all incoming cases.
Responsible for invoicing all finished cases and will sort and attach.
Disburse cases for local drivers and help with logistics.

Skills and Abilities Required :

Proficient computer skills; knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

Knowledge of lab software, such as Magic Touch is a plus

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Strong attention to detail

Multi task

Ability to complete assigned workload as needed.

Great customer service.

Ability to read and understand prescriptions and sales orders.

Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology a plus

Minimum Education and Experience Required :

Preferred : High school diploma or GED equivalent

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Magic Touch.

Data entry skills.

Customer Service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements :

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and / or reach

Exhibit fine motor skills and / or perform repetitive motions

Good hand-eye coordination

Good manual dexterity

Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time

Repeated bending and kneeling

Vision capabilities : Depth perception, attention to detail and / or color

Push, pull, lift, and / or carry up to 25 pounds
