Join our dynamic team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending and leverage your expertise in home lending products to serve as your customers' primary contact throughout the loan process. Support from the Home Lending team and adherence to regulatory standards will enable you to promote Chase's financial products effectively. Job Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor branch team members on products and services.
  • Collaborate with bankers, meet clients, and introduce them to additional banking products and services.
  • Create an excellent customer experience using various marketing channels and efforts.
  • Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within designated territories.
  • Establish yourself as a mortgage expert and maintain good client relationships.
  • Provide consultative financial advice based on thorough analysis and customer needs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate.
  • At least 3 years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

    • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • FHA / VA sales experience.
  • Strong marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
  • Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
