A company is looking for a Senior Advanced Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and proactively resolve issues
Track and update clients on ongoing requests and issues
Provide first-tier support, configuration changes, and basic training
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in a SaaS or high-tech environment
Familiarity with SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies
PMP or CSM certification is a plus
Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients
Ability to engage across various corporate functions
