Job Title : HVAC Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead and supervise a team in the installation of all facets of HVAC ductwork and equipment. This role involves setting units, connecting systems, performing layout and field measurements, and ensuring accurate installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating equipment placement and material lifts with crane operators, maintaining inventory levels, and reporting daily progress to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2–3 team members, assigning tasks and maintaining workflow.
• Install HVAC ductwork and equipment, including setting units and connecting systems.
• Perform layout and field measurements to ensure accurate installation.
• Unload and organize materials and equipment on-site.
• Coordinate with crane operators for equipment placement and material lifts.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of materials and supplies.
• Report daily progress and updates to the Project Manager.
• Read and work independently from blueprints and technical drawings.

The role involves traveling to job sites, with potential for taking a company vehicle home on weekends depending on your proximity to the workplace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Hays, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $81120.00 / yr.
