The Registered Nurse Clinical Educator II is a pivotal position in shaping the future of nursing education.

This full-time role involves coordinating the orientation of all nursing personnel and representing the organization in community activities.

Key responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing continuing education programs to cater to diverse healthcare professional needs.

Foster collaborative relationships among healthcare professionals through committee participation, meetings, and educational activities, leading to improved patient care.

Promote professional development through education and other activities enhancing the practice of nursing and education.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Masters' degree in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.
• RN license in the state of employment or a compact state is necessary.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
• BLS / ACLS / PALS Instructor Certification is also necessary.
• De-Escalation Certification is required for Educators in ED or BHU Units.

Work Schedule : 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
