Title : Construction Litigation Attorney

Location : Multiple Locations throughout the US

Position Overview : A reputable 200 Law Firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of construction-related disputes, including contract disputes, construction defects, mechanic's liens, delay claims, and other matters arising from construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a deep understanding of construction law, and a proven track record of success in resolving construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of construction litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and support arguments.
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on construction-related issues, contracts, and disputes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to effectively manage cases and meet client needs.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case developments and strategies.
