What We’re Looking For
Experience : Minimum 3–6 months in customer service or call center environments — remote experience is a plus
Typing Skills : At least 40 WPM with high accuracy
Tech Setup :
Windows-based PC (Windows 10 / 11), ≥ 2 GB RAM, Intel or AMD 2 GHz+ processor
Wired internet (Wi-Fi not permitted), high-speed connection (e.g., 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download)
USB headset with mic, quiet workspace
Communication Skills : Clear, friendly tone with strong verbal and listening skills
Self-Management : Self-motivated, adaptable, with ability to meet performance targets and complete training on time
Reliability : Available for at least 20 hours / month (or flexible scheduling)
Compliant : Able to pass background checks and adhere to privacy / confidentiality requirements
