Licenses : Active Pennsylvania license required; IMLC accepted
Board : Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology
DEA : Required
Certifications : BLS, ACLS required
Experience : Minimum 1 2 years preferred
Other Qualifications : Ability to work with interdisciplinary oncology care team
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology / oncology care
Manage patients daily in outpatient clinic
Conduct inpatient consults and coordinate care with hospital teams
Collaborate with nursing staff, medical assistants, navigators, and pharmacy
Participate in scheduled clinic and hospital duties Monday Friday, 8a 4 : 30p
Share in call rotation as assigned, including inpatient coverage and callbacks
