EST has succeeded in a niche market of which competition is limited to only those sign companies who are willing and capable of providing the highest quality workmanship to a widely dispersed customer base, which often requires a quick response time to service calls and who demand only the best in quality on all fabrication projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review requests for pricing from clients for a wide variety of signage projects.
• Analyze provided site plans, design intents and contracts for thorough understanding of project.
• Assist with bids for new contracts and supporting activities of buyers.
• Evaluate the equipment, labor and material needed.
• Assess the risk levels associated with a project.
• Request additional information from customers when necessary.
• Provide a detailed cost analysis to Management.
• Monitor, compile and record actual costs at different stages of a project to ensure it stays within estimated costs.
• Establish & maintain relationships with Contractors and Vendors.
• Obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Maintain current pricing and lead times for equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with Production, Design, and Project Management on original proposal intent.
• Understanding of production’s stock and equipment to utilize on a given project.
• Evaluate and recommend processes and procedures to keep projects most cost effective and profitable.
• Conduct on site surveys when necessary.
• Conduct bid walk throughs with customers when necessary.
