Network Support Technician

Immediate | Onsite | $

We are seeking a Network Support Technician to join a growing IT team. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, implement process improvements, and develop professionally within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and verify the integrity and availability of all network resources, systems, and key processes
  • Review and maintain network security logs and systems
  • Administer patch management and vulnerability management systems
  • Support LAN, WAN, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
  • Configure routing protocols and routing tables
  • Collaborate with vendors during technical planning, implementation, and issue resolution

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional IT / network experience
  • Experience managing end-to-end IT projects
  • Proficiency with Windows environments and Ubiquiti networking equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
