We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in equipment repair, HVAC systems, and property maintenance. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairing various systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The Technician will be responsible for providing field service support, which may include driving a company van to various job sites.

Qualification's :

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Ability to diagnose malfunction, replace faulty parts, perform routine maintenance checks
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities and Job duties include but not limited to :

Install new heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and ventilation systems

Inspect and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems such as cleaning filters, lubricating, checking refrigerant levels

Diagnose and repair malfunctions, including troubleshooting electrical components, replacing faulty parts, and fixing leaks.

Test heating systems for proper functioning

Maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts replaced and customer information

Work Conditions :

Possibly cramped, dirty / dusty conditions.

Appearance always must represent the company image.

Safety must be always considered.

Ability to work overtime, possible weekends and evenings,

Ability to work On-Call on a rotating schedule

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
