You will be responsible for helping customers get the products they want while offering additional beneficial products. Entry-level candidates will start at a base salary of $40,000 and you can make up to an additional $15,000 in commission during your first year. Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.Create relationships from a cold start.Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.A Life & Health Insurance license is required.No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
