About Quantis :

Quantis Tax Services is one of Northern Virginia’s leading integrated tax and wealth advisory firms, serving 450+ households in coordination with our sister company, Quantis Wealth Management (over $470M AUM). We provide comprehensive tax preparation and proactive planning for individuals, businesses, and estates.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and review complex individual, fiduciary (1041), and estate returns (706, 709).

Serve as a technical resource for trust and estate tax matters.

Review business returns (S-Corp, partnerships).

Mentor and train junior staff on best practices.

Manage a book of client relationships with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness.

Work collaboratively with financial planners and CPAs to deliver integrated advice.

Qualifications : CPA or EA preferred.

6+ years of experience in public accounting.

Proficiency with CCH Axcess, SurePrep, and SafeSend (or similar).

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong understanding of fiduciary and estate taxation.
