Position Summary This is a mid-level Individual Contributor (IC) role for a visual designer passionate about crafting engaging, data-driven interfaces for enterprise cybersecurity solutions. You will play a key role in scaling our design systems and transforming complex security data into clear, actionable visualizations that enable users to make informed, critical decisions.

Note : This position is being hired for a customer of Gruve.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade interfaces with exceptional visual and interaction design skills for complex cybersecurity workflows.
• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries that scale across multiple product lines.
• Create sophisticated data visualizations that make complex enterprise security data accessible and actionable.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, product managers and engineers to deliver design solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints.
• Contribute to design strategy and help establish visual design standards across the organization.
• Participate in design critiques and user research sessions to validate and iterate on design decisions.
