Raytheon EVM Tier III Focal Lead

This position is referred to as an "EVM Tier III" or Earned Value Management (EVM) Focal Lead within the business because of its accountability for the performance of EVM implementation, execution, and compliance for the assigned Mission Area. This role is a critical element of Raytheon's "Best in Class" EVM System. Proactive leadership and demonstrated capability to develop credibility both internally with program teams and externally with Customers and DCMA will be necessary to drive improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess :

• Considerable EVM experience and demonstrate EVM subject matter expertise throughout the program life cycle, including but not limited to policy and procedure development, implementation assessment, training development and delivery, Agile in an EVM environment, Integrated Baseline Review implementation support and guidance, Subcontractor Integration, Integrated Master Schedule development and maintenance techniques, and EVMS surveillance efforts.
• Effective and influential communication across all levels of the business (Functional Organizations, Mission Areas, and Senior Management, Program Management, and Government counterparts) is required.
• A strong desire to foster relationships that improve execution implementation is critical.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
