We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our North Oaks location. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office while delivering excellent customer service to our patients and supporting the clinical team.

Metropolitan Pediatric Dental Associates is an American Board of Pediatric Dentistry Certified specialty dental office for infants, toddlers, big kids, pre-teens, and teens with locations throughout the Twin Cities including St. Paul, Fridley, North Oaks, and Eagan. Our professional, gentle, and caring pediatric dentists have been providing quality dental care for children and adolescents since 1965.

Who We Are Looking For :

  • Previous dental front desk / patient care coordinator experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is beneficial.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Administrative Management :

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Ensure timely insurance verification, billing, and claims processing.
  • Monitor inventory and order dental / office supplies as needed.
  • Financial Oversight :

  • Enter payments and make deposits.
  • Manage patient accounts and collections.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and handle billing disputes.
  • Staff Supervision & HR :

  • Manage all staff to ensure a cohesive and productive environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate team meetings.
  • Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
  • Customer Service :

  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure a welcoming and clean reception area.
  • Oversee patient satisfaction and retention initiatives.
