Job Title : SPE MMIC Design Engineer

Job Description :

As part of a dynamic team, the Senior Principal Design Engineer will develop MMIC amplifiers and modules. The candidate should be capable of architecting, designing, laying out, measuring, and productizing GaAs and GaN-based MMICs, with a focus on frequencies above 30GHz.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a subject matter expert in GaAs and GaN technologies and MMICs.
• Lead IC development from concept to productization.
• Design, layout, and characterize high-frequency ICs in the lab.
• Manage projects, support customers, and collaborate with test and application engineers.
