Midwest Remediation is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Lead Water Technician position based in Indianapolis, IN. As a Lead Water Technician at Midwest Remediation, you'll earn $23–$25 per hour . We also offer comprehensive benefits , including :

This is a full-time restoration position with multiple shifts available : 7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, or 9 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend availability. Daily dispatch from home.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

In this water mitigation role, you'll dispatch to the jobsite directly from your home. You'll oversee daily mitigation jobs, manage your assistant technician, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities include evaluating losses, developing and executing drying plans, responding to after-hours calls, and assisting during weather-related events. You'll also maintain your assigned vehicle and ensure all equipment is ready to go.
