Administrative Assistant And Drug Screen Technician
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Drug Screen Technician to join our team. This position involves administering drug tests and collecting fingerprints. The ideal candidate is professional, comfortable handling drug screens, and communicates well with clients. Key Responsibilities :
- Administer drug screenings in compliance with DOT regulations (must be comfortable handling drug tests; training provided).
- Collect fingerprints following federal guidelines (training provided).
- Provide excellent customer service, communicate professionally and make clients feel comfortable during screenings.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle basic office tasks as needed.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper record-keeping for compliance.
- Occasionally travel within the Winston-Salem area for on-site collections.
Qualifications :
Strong communication and people skills must be able to interact professionally with clients.High attention to detail accuracy is critical in both fingerprinting and drug collection procedures.Reliable and accountable must show up consistently and be committed to the role.Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information.Some administrative experience (answering phones, scheduling, data entry) is a plus.Why Join Us?
