Position Overview
We're seeking experienced Fractional Chief Operating Officers to join our elite team of operational excellence experts. As a key partner in our mission to empower leaders and organizations, you'll work directly with our clients to transform their operations, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth.
Classification : Independent Contractor (1099)
Commitment : 10-25 hours per week per client
Compensation : $5,000-$10,000 monthly retainer per client engagement

What You'll Do
Strategic Planning & Implementation
- Partner with CEOs to transform high-level vision into actionable operational plans
- Develop clear execution strategies with defined goals, priorities, and accountability measures
- Align cross-departmental operations with overall business objectives
Process Optimization & Systems
Assess current operational workflows and identify inefficienciesDesign and implement streamlined processes that eliminate bottlenecksInstall scalable systems that reduce dependency on constant leadership oversightDocument core processes for consistency and trainingTeam Development & Leadership
Mentor leadership teams and improve decision-making capabilitiesEstablish effective meeting cadences and accountability structuresBuild high-performing teams through strategic coaching and developmentGuide hiring and onboarding processes for operational rolesFinancial Oversight
Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting and cash flow managementImplement cost control measures and efficiency improvementsEstablish financial KPIs and reporting structuresPerformance Monitoring

Experience & Background
Minimum 10+ years of C-suite or senior operations leadership experienceProven track record of scaling businesses from $3M to $15M+ in revenueExperience across multiple industries with demonstrated operational transformationsHistory of building and leading high-performing teams (20+ employees)Core Competencies
