A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Specialist with pre-authorization experience for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Obtains certification from insurance companies for office visits
Verifies insurance information and registers cases in the tracking system
Evaluates patient assets and liabilities to determine ability to pay
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of insurance policies, claims, payment, and coverage regulations
Experience in completing pre-certifications and financial assistance applications
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
