A company is looking for a Remote Medical Prior Authorization Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Perform outbound and inbound calls assisting patients

Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures

Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers

Qualifications

1+ year of recent, verifiable experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations

Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification

Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively

Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hot spots not accepted)
