Weekend Requirements : 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.

Holiday Requirements : Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).

Requirements : AZ license

2 years' ER experience

Must have T

rauma Level I / II in the past three years

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS

TNCC preferred

Other Details :

Ratios : 1 : 5 medical, 1 : 6 for fast track.

Radius Rule : 100 miles

Epic EMR proficiency required and recently used
