Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Night Med / Surg Float Pool position requiring MA licensure and strong cardiac experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Med / Surg unit as part of the float pool
  • Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19 : 00 to 7 : 30
  • Care for medical and surgical patients with a focus on cardiac cases
  • Float Pool assignment with responsibilities potentially including Med / Surg and Telemetry units
  • Cerner EMR experience is preferred but not required
  • Return staff must wait one year before being eligible to return as a traveler
  • Standard contract length is 14 weeks
  • All time off requests must be submitted for consideration at the beginning of the process

  • Active MA RN license in hand
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience
  • Recent cardiac care experience required
  • Current certifications must be provided
  • Two professional references from supervisors within the past 2 years are required
