A leading international provider of scientific instrumentation and solutions is seeking a seasoned Global Commercial Leader to drive revenue growth and lead teams. This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to work across cultures and geographies, with significant visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial operations for a global business with a revenue in the $50-100MM range with around 200 employees.
- Define and execute global strategies, balancing near-term growth with long-term market development.
- Foster adaptability and collaboration across international teams, ensuring alignment across regions.
- Partner closely with executive leadership on organizational strategy, market positioning, and customer engagement.
- Global remit, splitting time between Europe and the US
- Expected travel : initially 70% to meet customers and engage with teams; longer-term around 50%.
- Flexible location : candidates may be based in the US or France, provided they are comfortable with extensive travel.
- Prior commercial leadership experience is essential, ideally overseeing businesses of comparable or larger scale.
- Experience in global sales leadership with proven adaptability across cultures strongly preferred.
- Exposure to mass spectrometry, chromatography, or related analytical instrumentation is advantageous.
