Senior Physician Recruiter - OU Health
OU Health is Oklahomas only comprehensive academic health system, integrating clinical care, medical education, and research in partnership with the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. As Senior Physician Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for faculty-level physician roles across OU Healths academic departments and clinical service lines.

- Lead strategic recruitment for academic faculty physicians across departments, partnering closely with hiring leaders and department chairs.
- Develop and implement custom sourcing strategies to attract top-tier physician candidates.
- Manage candidate pipeline including initial interviews, credentialing oversight, and recruitment logistics.
- Negotiate offers, including academic rank appointment terms, benefits, and onboarding processes.
- Provide market intelligence on compensation packages, academic faculty criteria, and competitive positioning.
- Act as liaison between departments and external recruitment agencies or search firms as needed.
- Support associate team members.
- Track recruitment metrics and build reporting on pipelines, time-to-fill, and ROI analysis.
- Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results.

Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of full-cycle physician or healthcare provider recruitment experience.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Data-savvy with capability to analyze and advise on recruitment metrics and candidate sourcing ROI.Knowledge of academic rank and credentialing criteria which affect faculty hiring.Knowledge of faculty recruitment for academic medical centers or teaching hospitals.Strong organizational abilities, exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Workday) and sourcing tools.Must be able to travel occasionally to candidate interviews, academic events, and residency conferences.
