A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle an average of 55+ outbound / inbound calls, emails, or chats, addressing customer inquiries and issues
Resolve customer issues in a first call resolution and document necessary information in computer systems
Assist customers in navigating websites and provide education on self-service functions
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience or experience in an office / call center setting
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to work any 8.5-hour shift between 6 : 00 AM and 10 : 00 PM CST
