Senior Business Intelligence Lead
Must have :
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in Qlik Sense and Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Proven experience in managing BI projects and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level BI solutions.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Qlik Sense and Tableau, a strong understanding of data architecture, and a proven track record of leading BI initiatives that deliver actionable insights and business value.Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end BI project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and user adoption.Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and Tableau.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI platforms.Drive data governance and best practices in visualization and reporting.Work closely with data engineering and data science teams to integrate BI tools with data pipelines.Monitor BI performance and optimize dashboards for speed and usability.Stay current with BI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the BI ecosystem.Required Qualifications :
Preferred Skills :
